Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide remote speech and language services to K–12 students in Kansas. The ideal candidate is experienced in teletherapy, skilled in developing and implementing IEPs, and passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals through engaging virtual sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in grades K–12 via a remote platform.
- Assess students and develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on their communication needs.
- Complete and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including documentation and participation in IEP meetings.
- Deliver interactive, engaging virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and digital activities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, school administrators, and related service providers to support student success.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements.
- Communicate regularly with families and educational teams regarding student progress and therapeutic needs.
Pay Rate: $42–$50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- Active Kansas Speech-Language Pathology License required.
- Experience providing remote/teletherapy services to school-aged students preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, progress monitoring, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, collaboration, and technology skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with students, families, teachers, and school teams.
