Remote School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech-language services to students in a school-based setting across Virginia!
This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed SLP who enjoys working remotely while making a meaningful impact on students' communication development, academic success, and overall growth.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, school administrators, and other related service providers.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Support students in developing communication, language, articulation, and social skills.
Position Details
- Work Setting: 100% Remote / Teletherapy.
- Location: Serving students throughout Virginia.
- Caseload: Approximately 50–60 students.
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
- Schedule: Daily start and end times may vary depending on assigned school sites.
- School Assignments: To be determined.
- Student Population: Varies depending on school assignment and student needs.
- Age Groups: Discussed during the interview process.
- Placement Preferences: Efforts will be made to accommodate clinician preferences regarding student populations and age groups.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license required.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility, as applicable.
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Experience providing teletherapy services is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to provide engaging and effective virtual therapy services.
