Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is urgently seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, fully remote school-based opportunity in Oklahoma. This position offers the opportunity to support an elementary school caseload through virtual speech and language services, IEP goal development, and case management.
Responsibilities
Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to elementary school students
Serve as case manager for 17 students, overseeing their speech-language needs and related documentation
Provide services and develop goals for an additional 41 students in collaboration with another SLP
Develop and monitor individualized speech-language goals
Complete typical school-based SLP responsibilities, including documentation and IEP-related duties
Collaborate with school personnel and fellow SLPs to support student progress
Requirements
Active Oklahoma Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and Educator Certification
Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language therapy preferred
Ability to provide virtual services and manage documentation independently
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
