A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services within a school setting located in New Britain, CT. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using telepractice methods.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines.
- Participate in meetings and professional development as necessary to enhance telespeech skills.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in telespeech or teletherapy delivery within an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of communication disorders and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Proficient with telecommunication technology and software relevant to remote therapy.
