A telespeech language pathologist opportunity is available to support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels in a remote setting. This 1099 contract position provides flexibility in scheduling and the convenience of working from home. The role involves providing 1:1 speech-language therapy services via a virtual platform designed to enhance both assessment and intervention processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective speech-language pathology therapy sessions remotely using video conferencing tools.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Utilize interactive learning materials and digital resources to promote student engagement.
- Collaborate virtually with clinical and technical support teams to optimize service delivery and address any challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes in compliance with professional standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with current certification.
- Experience working with students from elementary through high school age groups.
- Proficiency in telepractice, including familiarity with virtual assessment tools and online instructional methods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage students in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage scheduling independently and prioritize caseloads.
