A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services within a school setting in Naperville, IL. This role requires delivering remote speech therapy sessions that support students’ communication needs, with a focus on bilingual populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telespeech therapy sessions tailored to students' individual speech and language goals.
- Collaborate remotely with educators and support staff to align therapy plans and interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy progress, assessments, and recommendations.
- Utilize bilingual skills to effectively engage and support students who speak multiple languages.
- Follow all relevant educational and privacy guidelines related to teletherapy service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or certification.
- Experience providing telespeech or telepractice services in educational environments.
- Proficiency in at least one language in addition to English.
- Strong understanding of bilingual speech and language development.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school personnel in a remote setting.
