Virtual Speech Language Pathologist - GA

Assignment Details:
- Contract duration: August 3, 2026 – May 21, 2027, with potential pre- and post-planning days
- Full-time schedule: minimum 37.5 hours per week
- Service delivery primarily covering middle and high school populations
- Responsibility for organizing and participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Preparation and maintenance of documentation for students’ progress and IEP compliance
- Daily logging of therapy services rendered
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Georgia Educator Certification for SLPs
- Demonstrated experience providing virtual speech therapy services in school environments
- Ability to manage caseload scheduling and paperwork independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for working with students, families, and educational staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and therapy tailored to student needs
- Facilitate and contribute to IEP meetings, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Adapt service delivery methods between in-person and virtual platforms as required
- Collaborate with educators and caregivers to support student communication goals
