A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide telespeech and school-based speech therapy services for students in grades K-12. This contract position is based in Madison, VA, with a caseload ranging from 30 to 50 students. The role offers the opportunity to work either full-time or part-time, accommodating 5 or 2 days per week.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Experience working in school settings
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students via telepractice and in-person school sessions
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Manage a caseload of 30-50 students, addressing diverse speech and language needs
