Opportunities are available for two speech-language pathologists in a K-12 school setting, located in Clovis, CA, offering teletherapy services. These full-time and part-time contracts provide the chance to work with diverse student populations and contribute to their communication development.
Position 1 Details:
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Caseload focused on preschool students (48 total: 27 in Special Day Class (SDC), 21 speech-only preschoolers)
- Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, participating in IEP meetings, and supervising an SLPA
- Candidates must be able to handle high-priority assessments and IEP meetings efficiently
- Must provide a reference from a California school district using SEIS from work within the last 1-2 years
- Supervision experience of an SLPA is required
Position 2 Details:
- Part-time (25 hours per week)
- Caseload includes TK to 2nd-grade students, approximately 25 students (15-20 speech only)
- Responsibilities include direct therapy services, evaluations, and IEP development
- Must provide a reference from a California school district using SEIS from work within the last 1-2 years
Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license
- Experience with SEIS system preferred
- Ability to conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings
- Experience supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (Position 1)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
