Virtual Speech Language Pathologist - WA
A fully remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide telespeech services for a school setting. This contract role is based in Kent, WA, offering a flexible work environment while delivering high-quality support to students.
Responsibilities include conducting virtual speech and language assessments, designing and implementing individualized therapy plans, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with educators and families through telepractice platforms. Utilization of virtual communication tools to engage students and deliver effective therapy sessions is essential.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience with telespeech or telepractice service delivery
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders in school-age children
- Proficiency in using virtual platforms for assessment and therapy, including conducting sessions via Zoom or similar tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage virtual caseload
