We are seeking a licensed and passionate Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech and language services to K–12 students throughout New Jersey during the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while making a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success.

Responsibilities

Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
Conduct assessments and evaluations through approved teletherapy platforms.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support student success.
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with state, district, and federal special education requirements.

Qualifications
Required
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology License.
New Jersey Department of Education certification (or eligibility) preferred.
Experience with teletherapy or comfort using virtual service platforms.
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace.

Preferred
Previous school-based experience.
Experience providing virtual speech-language services.
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Clinical Fellowship candidates may be considered depending on district requirements.
