Virtual Speech Language Pathologist in TX
A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for a fully remote, contract role supporting school-based speech therapy via telepractice. This opportunity is based in Humble, TX, but offers 100% work-from-home flexibility under a 1099 contract arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services through telespeech platforms to students in the school setting
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school guidelines
- Collaborate virtually with clinical and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and troubleshoot technology challenges
- Participate in ongoing professional development and adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an SLP within a school environment
- Experience providing virtual speech therapy services is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and productivity goals
- Adept with technology relevant to teletherapy platforms and documentation systems
