Telehealth School-Based Speech Therapy | North Carolina

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech and teletherapy for K-12 students. This role requires an active SLP license in North Carolina and experience in school-based speech therapy. Services will be provided through teletherapy platforms, supporting students remotely throughout the academic year.
Location: Sylva, NC
Responsibilities:
- Deliver teletherapy speech and language services to students in grades K-12.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations.
- Participate in virtual meetings and trainings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
- Experience with teletherapy platforms and delivering speech-language services remotely.
- Familiarity with school-based SLP practices and K-12 age groups.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Contract duration: 2026-2027 school year.
- Hours: 24-30 hours per week.
