A fully remote opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist with a valid Arizona SLP license and IVP fingerprint clearance card. This contract-to-hire role supports high school students through telespeech services within an online school environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct therapy to students with speech-language needs
- Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) using the IEP PRO system
- Participating in IEP meetings and team collaborations
- Maintaining caseload management and documentation
- Completing indirect administrative time and attending paid virtual team meetings
This position requires a caseload model approach, primarily focused on high school students in a fully online educational setting. The district supports therapy delivery with dedicated virtual resources and offers administrative support through structured indirect hours.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Proficiency in teletherapy and telespeech techniques
- Experience in virtual therapy platforms and online learning environments
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation remotely
- Ability to work independently in a virtual setting while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Work schedule is 40 hours per week with flexibility for virtual interviews. This role requires maintaining compliance with Arizona credentialing and fingerprint clearance prior to starting.
