A full-time virtual speech-language pathologist role is available to provide teletherapy services within a school district in Georgia. Location: Columbus, GA (remote teletherapy)
Assignment Duration: Immediate start through May 21, 2026
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day during school hours)
Responsibilities:
- Conducting virtual speech-language therapy sessions aligned with individual student needs
- Scheduling and actively participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Preparing, writing, and reviewing IEP documents and reports before and after meetings
- Maintaining timely and accurate records, including daily logs and required documentation such as RDRs
- Collaborating effectively with families, educators, and related service providers
- Potentially supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to support service delivery
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Valid Georgia Educator License for SLP services
- Experience supervising SLPAs strongly preferred
- Demonstrated organizational skills and reliability to manage paperwork and caseload efficiently
- Ability to submit daily logs consistently to meet district requirements
- Strong communication skills for professional interaction with students, families, and staff
