Remote School Speech-Language Pathologist (Full Time) - Maryland
Full-Time Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated full-time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a Maryland school setting for the 2026-2027 school year. This 1099 independent contractor position offers consistent hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through school-based teletherapy.

Typical Responsibilities
- Deliver full-time virtual speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement IEPs and individualized therapy plans
- Provide both direct and indirect services, including documentation, collaboration, and planning (all included in contracted hours)
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate and compliant service records, reports, and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide engaging, effective teletherapy sessions using evidence-based practices
What We’re Looking For
- Maryland State Professional Licensure - Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Full-time availability and commitment for the duration of the school year
- Preferred: Prior experience in K–12 school settings
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and school-based service delivery
- Experience with teletherapy platforms
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Compensation & Structure
- $50-52 per hour, based on experience
- 1099 independent contractor role through Soliant Education
- Full-time hours (35-40/week guaranteed)
- Contracted hours include both direct and indirect services (no unpaid admin time)
