A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide maternity leave coverage within a school setting. The position requires proficiency in Telespeech services and holding a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. This role emphasizes delivering remote speech therapy services aligned with school-based requirements.
Location: El Paso, TX
Assignment Type: Contract (Maternity Leave Coverage)
Duration: ASAP through December 18
Workload: Full-time equivalent, 37.5 hours per week
Service Mode: Virtual consultation (VOCO)
Core responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for school-aged children.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans via telespeech platforms.
- Collaborating with educational staff to support student communication needs remotely.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress tracking in compliance with regulatory standards.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Experience delivering speech therapy services in school environments.
- Familiarity with telespeech technology and virtual therapy tools.
