Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual speech-language pathology services aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with onsite staff who assist in pulling and monitoring students during sessions.
- Utilize the PowerSchools system to access IEP information; training on this platform will be provided.
- Develop and maintain student schedules ensuring effective service delivery.
- Support a culturally and linguistically diverse student body, many of whom are first-year English language learners with various dialects of Arabic.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Experience with teletherapy and telespeech service delivery methods.
- Previous work in school-based settings preferred.
- Comfort working with diverse populations, including multilingual and multi-religious students.
- Ability to adapt to virtual systems and collaborate effectively with onsite personnel.
