Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - TX

A Speech Language Pathologist position is available for a 100% remote telespeech role supporting school-based services. This opportunity is structured as a 1099 contract, allowing for flexible work from home arrangements.
Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of experience in school settings, supporting student speech and language development. While virtual experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Access to both Clinical and Technical teams will be provided to ensure comprehensive support and resources to deliver effective therapy sessions.
Key qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 2 years providing speech-language services in schools
- Comfort with telespeech delivery models; prior virtual experience preferred but not required
- Ability to manage therapy sessions remotely using digital platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging students and collaborating with clinical and technical staff
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering speech-language therapy via telepractice
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborating with clinical and technical teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes
- Adhering to ethical and regulatory guidelines in all aspects of service delivery
