A contract opportunity is available for a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services, primarily delivering telespeech sessions in Spanish. This part-time, as-needed role focuses on supporting virtual caseloads within the Virginia Beach area.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and teletherapy sessions for students requiring bilingual support.
- Deliver services in Spanish, ensuring communication and therapy goals are met effectively.
- Complete typically two to three evaluations per week on a flexible schedule.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state licensure requirements.
Qualifications:
- Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure.
- Proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to provide bilingual speech therapy.
- Experience with telespeech and teletherapy platforms.
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage part-time caseloads remotely.
Location and Schedule:
- Virtual assignment serving students in the Virginia Beach area.
- Part-time (PRN), offering flexibility with a schedule based on demand.
- Contract term runs from ASAP through June 16, 2026.
