Location:
- Elementary school environment in Charlotte, MI (with duties also at a pre-school site in Marshall, MI)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services both onsite and via teletherapy, ensuring compliance with licensed SLP practices.
- Support communication development for pre-school and elementary-aged students.
- Collaborate with educators and caregivers to tailor therapy plans that meet individual student needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Active and valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license is required. Verification can be done through the Michigan Licensure Portal.
- Experience providing teletherapy or telespeech services, as well as in-person therapy, is preferred.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with a preference for four days onsite (Monday through Thursday) and one day remote (Friday), although alternate hybrid arrangements may be considered.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills tailored to young children and their families.
