Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school-based environment preferred
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and organizational skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborative approach to working within multidisciplinary educational teams
Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and staff
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students with articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
- Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to maximize outcomes
- Maintain precise documentation and progress reports in compliance with school standards and regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school activities
