What you’ll need:
- Active Professional Speech Language Pathology License
- Experience in school settings strongly preferred, but open to clinicians from other backgrounds
- Ability to work on-site; remote work is not available for this role
- Preparedness for credentialing and onboarding, including documentation as required by the district
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work as part of an interdisciplinary educational team
What you’ll do:
- Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students (specific caseload assignments will be finalized soon)
- Deliver direct interventions to support communication and language skills development
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with district and legal requirements
- Participate in team meetings, student evaluations, and progress reviews
- Foster engagement and growth within each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP)
- Support multiple campuses depending on assignment: full-time therapists will serve two schools, while part-time therapists will focus on one
