Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current (or eligibility to obtain) Washington State SLP licensure and WA ESA certification
- Experience working in school settings, especially elementary age
- Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI if not already done
- SLP-CCC preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to K–5 students
- Partner with school teams to support the school’s behavioral program
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and track progress
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders
- Maintain documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
