Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington SLP license (or eligibility)
- Washington ESA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- SLP-CCC credential preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- School-based experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy in a school environment
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide direct intervention
- Participate in IEP meetings and document progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
