Speech-Language Pathologist in Winder, GA

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students with diverse communication profiles.
- Develop, adjust, and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals tailored to student needs.
- Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language pathology services within school settings.
- Maintain meticulous records, documentation, and progress monitoring reports to ensure compliance.
- Engage in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents.
- Offer practical recommendations and expertise to educators, supporting students’ classroom success.
- Track student progress and refine intervention strategies to maximize outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Georgia SLP license and/or educator certification in accordance with regulations.
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in schools is beneficial, though candidates with strong pediatric backgrounds will be considered.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and team collaboration abilities.
