Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students in accordance with IEP goals
- Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual student needs
- Administer assessments, track progress, and document progress for caseload of approx. 50 students
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy into daily routines and foster generalization of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations for student progress
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding speech and language interventions and best practices
