Seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with an active Arizona license and a passion for working in school environments. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, designing and implementing individualized therapy programs tailored to diverse learners from elementary to high school levels.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active Arizona SLP license
- Prior experience within a school-based setting preferred
- Strong understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and special education law
- Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Adaptability and compassion for working with students of varying ages and abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, both individually and in groups
- Monitor student progress and update IEP goals as needed
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
