Key Qualifications:
- Active Arizona State SLP License
- SLP Educator Certificate in good standing
- Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Previous school-based SLP experience is an advantage
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting students of diverse backgrounds and needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of speech and language disorders
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in both individual and group settings
- Document progress, maintain compliance with district and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create effective support strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary case conferences
- Foster a welcoming, engaging environment that encourages student confidence
