School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | San Jose, California

You’ll work one to five days per week, up to eight hours weekly, supporting a caseload of elementary students (details to be determined). This role may grow into a full-time position, offering room for future advancement.
Qualifications:
- Current California SLP licensure
- Valid CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Experience with elementary-age children preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Prior supervisory experience or interest in supervising SLPAs is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions to meet each student’s unique needs
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Supervise and mentor one SLPA, with the potential to oversee a growing team
