Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Holds (or seeking) CCC or CFY status
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based therapy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to supporting diverse student needs in educational settings
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with educators and families
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions to students in group and individual formats
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights on student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of interventions and outcomes
- Offer consultation and support to staff and families to maximize student success
- Engage in professional development to remain current with best practices
