Speech Language Pathologist in Stuart, FL

We’re looking for a dedicated SLP-CCC interested in a contract opportunity focused on supporting PK through 8th-grade students in a resource therapy setting.
This role is perfect for an experienced, compassionate clinician who is ready to step into an on-site position, serving as the sole speech-language pathologist at a single school. With a manageable part-time schedule of two days per week (14 hours total), you'll have the chance to build meaningful relationships and see real progress.
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, active FL SLP licensure (CCC required)
- Prior experience or strong interest in working within school settings, especially with preschool to middle school students
- Familiarity with resource and therapy models for mixed-age caseloads
- Ability to work independently as the site’s only SLP
- Must meet district credentialing requirements (including fingerprinting, with possible transfer from ACHA Clearinghouse)
What you’ll do:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students from pre-K to 8th grade with varied communication needs
- Collaborate with educators and staff to create supportive intervention plans and monitor progress
- Document all services and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
- Serve as a vital resource for families and staff, ensuring quality care within a single campus
