A contract role is available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to support K-12 students within schools along the Southeast Florida Coast. Assignments vary by location and caseload, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules.

Locations and Caseload Details:

  • Bayshore Elementary School (Port St. Lucie, FL) — Full-time position working with ESE Pre-K students alongside two other full-time SLPs.
  • Oak Hammock K-8 (Port St. Lucie, FL) — Part-time position (2 days/week) at a DHH Cluster Site with one full-time SLP and one full-time SLPA on staff.

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology licensure is required.
  • Experience working within a school setting preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized speech and language therapy services for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support IEP goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all school and regulatory policies.
  • Participate in meetings and consultations as needed.

Contract Details:

  • Employment duration from ASAP through June 2, 2026.
  • Assignments are primarily at a single campus, but may vary based on needs.
  • Full and part-time positions available to accommodate different schedules.
  • Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
