We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school-based team in Straughn, Indiana, located approximately 30 minutes from Muncie, for the 2026-2027 school year. Job Responsibilities
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student success
• Support students' communication, language, social, and academic development
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education guidelines
Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Indiana SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure
• CCC-SLP preferred
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping students reach their full potential
