Speech Language Pathologist in Stoughton, WI
A Southern Wisconsin elementary school is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract assignment from January 2026 through June 2026. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized speech and language therapy services for elementary school students
- Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to support student learning and communication goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and treatment plans
- Participate in student evaluations and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide parent and staff education regarding speech and language development
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a school certification preferred
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with students, families, and colleagues
- Ability to manage a caseload and adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
