A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a school setting near North St. Paul, MN, starting at the beginning of the school year on October 30th. This role involves working with a diverse K-12 student caseload and requires a dedicated professional who holds a valid Minnesota SLP license. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students K-12
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student progress
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional input related to speech and language goals
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License (required)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children within a K-12 caseload
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel
