Speech Language Pathologist in Stevensville, MD

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
- Proficient in providing direct therapy and evaluations for students with varying needs
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and individualized speech/language therapy for students
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to team discussions
- Provide resources and support to staff and families for speech/language development
