- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade
- Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations to determine speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor student-specific intervention plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth
- Maintain thorough records and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Utilize a variety of service delivery models, including individual, small group, and classroom-based interventions
