What you'll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status encouraged
- Experience or interest in working with pediatric and elementary-aged populations
- Familiarity with the school environment and IEP process
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and students
- Dedication to fostering student growth and providing individualized support
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments and evaluations for students in grades K-4
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to a diverse caseload
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal guidelines
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Provide progress updates and participate in student support meetings as needed
