Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Sterling Heights, Michigan

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy in both individual and group settings
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Lead group sessions focused on social communication skills
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement effective IEPs
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and services provided
- Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of preschool and older students
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
