School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Sterling Heights, Michigan

What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- State licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology
- Experience with early childhood and elementary populations preferred
- Familiarity with Abi VBD is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative approach, contributing positively to multidisciplinary teams
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting evaluations and delivering individualized speech and language therapy for PreK and elementary-aged students
- Developing, implementing, and updating treatment plans and IEP goals
- Coordinating closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes
- Utilizing evidence-based practices to support student development
- Providing input into specialized programs and interventions, including those using ABI VBD
