Key Qualifications:
- Valid state Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Open to candidates in Clinical Fellowship (CF) seeking supervised experience
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
- Experience with school-aged children is a plus, though not required for consideration
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals
- Deliver direct therapy, both individually and in group settings
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Offer guidance and support to educators and family members regarding student needs
