A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available, serving both elementary and secondary students. This role offers the opportunity to work onsite within a school setting located in Springfield, NE, providing vital speech and language services to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students across elementary and secondary levels
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support communication goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification and licensure for school-based practice
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with diverse caseloads in elementary and secondary school environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff
  • Willingness to travel as required to the Springfield, NE location for onsite service delivery
