You’ll benefit from professional growth, working closely with an experienced, collaborative group of seven SLPs and interacting with a multidisciplinary team that includes PTs, OTs, TVIs, and BCBAs. Expand your skillset in AAC and broaden your impact by supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Rett Syndrome, intellectual disabilities, and other complex diagnoses.
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with active SLP license and educator certification
- SLP-CCC status preferred
- Experience with school populations and comfort working onsite
- Eagerness to work with diverse communication needs; AAC experience helpful but not required
- Strong collaborator interested in professional development
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy using the 3:1 service workload model
- Evaluate and provide individualized, multimodal communication supports
- Collaborate with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team
- Focus solely on therapy—no case management, school duties, or travel between sites
