- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist and current licensure

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language screenings, assessments, and direct therapy to students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Participate in the IEP process, contributing to team meetings and written reports
- Educate and consult with teachers and families on student progress and strategies
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in accordance with school and state guidelines
