This position offers a balanced hybrid schedule—four days onsite and one remote each week—providing flexibility while allowing you to make a tangible impact in a school-based setting. With a manageable caseload focused on the elementary level, you’ll collaborate with staff and families, creating interventions that help students develop essential communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- School-based experience preferred, especially with elementary populations
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, ongoing assessments, and individualized therapy to elementary students
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating on student goals and progress
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation of student services and progress reports
- Offer consultative support to teachers and families, promoting best practices for student communication development
- Balance onsite direct services with remote responsibilities to maximize student engagement and outcomes
