Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Illinois
- Accepting new graduates and experienced SLPs (CFY and CCC welcome)
- School-based experience or a strong passion for working with K-8 students
- Ability to work full-time, onsite (no virtual assignments)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-8th grade students onsite
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, analyze results, and maintain detailed progress notes
- Communicate and partner with educators, families, and staff to maximize student success
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
