Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Skill in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Compassion for working with diverse learners and collaborating with educators and families
Your Contributions:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations as required
- Delivering direct therapy services to assigned caseload of elementary and middle school students
- Documenting progress and preparing reports for IEP meetings
- Participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings and collaborating with teachers and other specialists
- Creating engaging, effective therapy activities tailored to individual student needs
