Key Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with school-aged children and IEP development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate in multidisciplinary team environments
Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among students
- Develop individualized and group therapy plans, including IEPs tailored to student needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school teams to support student progress
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and progress reporting
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
