Key Qualifications:
- Holds active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure/certification in Delaware (DE)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Recent experience delivering school-based SLP services, including therapy implementation, evaluations, and IEP writing
- Proficient with Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP platforms
- Strong documentation and data collection skills in line with special education requirements
- SLPAs are not being considered for these positions at this time
What You’ll Do:
- Provide on-site speech therapy interventions to a diverse student caseload (grade levels to be confirmed)
- Complete speech-language evaluations and participate in eligibility determinations
- Write and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate therapy notes and progress monitoring documentation
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive student support
